At Trendonn, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns for Orders Shipped Within the United States

We accept returns of eligible unworn clothing items that:

• Have original tags attached.

• Are returned in their original packaging.

• Are in new, unused condition.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return period begins on the date the final package is delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Beauty products

• Bodysuits

• Face masks

• Intimates and lingerie

• Jewelry

• Swimwear

• Final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days after the returned package is received for refund processing.

International Orders

At this time, returns are generally not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
